Use the support form for bugs, login trouble, collection or receipt issues, invite confusion, reminder problems, or anything blocking normal use.
How Everlater works
What does Mark paid mean?
It tells the other person you already sent the money. The record stays open until they confirm it.
What does Confirm paid mean?
It confirms that the payment really happened and moves the record into history.
What are Collections?
Collections let you group related balances by trip, event, household, or shared plan so the records stay easier to review together.
How do invites work right now?
Everlater currently supports email-based invites. From the app, you can open a prefilled Mail draft, use the system Share sheet, or copy the invite text.
When do push notifications happen?
For linked users, Everlater can notify the borrower when a new balance is created for them or when the owner sends a reminder.
What happens when I open a reminder link?
Everlater should open the app and continue toward the relevant balance. If you are not signed in yet, you may need to sign in or finish account setup first.
What is a local self-reminder?
It is an on-device reminder for your own phone. It helps you come back to a balance later without notifying the other person.
What does Waiting for them to join mean?
You can still track the balance before the other person signs up. Once they join with the same email, Everlater can reconnect that balance.
What happens if someone deletes their account?
Open shared balances can revert to pending invites for the other person. Settled history and payment-confirmation records may stay visible so the remaining person still has an accurate record.
